A report by UK newspaper The Guardian claims that the debt owed by the 20 english Premier League clubs amounts to £3.1 billion. BRUSSELS, Belgium (AP)—FIFA president Sepp Blatter is upset by the wave of foreign ownership in the english Premier League. “Something is wrong here,” he said Monday at the European Parliament.
